Reconditioning
Maintenance cannot always prevent a machine needing full or partial reconditioning. When this appears to be necessary, im | engineering is your partner, starting with a solid estimate of costs, which enables the client to make an educated decision between investing in the old machine, and buying a new one.
When the decision is made to invest in the reconditioning of machinery, im | engineering starts with a clear overview of the necessary operations, which is dependent of the level of reconditioning wanted and needed. The client can choose to just replace the worn parts, complete disassembly and sandblasting, and anything in-between. Depending on the wishes of the client and the operations needed for reconditioning, the operations can take place at the factory, or in our workshop in Dongen, The Netherlands. In the last case, im | engineering will also take care of transportation from and to the factory. Only after a solid check and test run, the machine will be reassembled at the factory.
When running again, the machine requires maintenance in order to get the most out of the reconditioning investment. That is why im | engineering also offers preventive maintenance contracts, which ensure a safe and efficient use of your machinery. For more information about our preventive maintenance, click here.
